Château Saint-Roch Old Vines Red

Château Saint-Roch Old Vines Red is crafted from Grenache and Syrah grapes sourced from mature vineyards in the Roussillon region of southern France. The Mediterranean climate, with its warm days and cool nights, promotes optimal ripening while preserving acidity. The wine undergoes fermentation in stainless steel tanks to maintain fresh fruit character, followed by aging in a combination of concrete vats and neutral oak barrels to enhance texture without overpowering the fruit. This wine offers a balanced profile with ripe red fruit flavors, subtle spice, and a smooth finish, suitable for immediate enjoyment or short-term cellaring.
