The ending is long and satisfying, with a lingering aftertaste of bold berries and a wisp of anise. The wine has mellowed and lost some of its initial power, but remains a pleasing and engaging drink.

Marado

Sophisticated nose with a distinctive pink grapefruit and rhubarb presence, which initially piqued my interest. However, the tasting ultimately failed to deliver, with a jarring mid-palate that clashed with the initial fruitiness. A somewhat incongruous flavour profile.
