This Château Mont-Redon Gigondas Réserve is a beautifully balanced blend of Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre. On the nose, it offers aromas of ripe cherry, dried herbs and dark spices. On the palate, it has a juicy texture filled with intense red and black fruit flavors, with a pleasing balance of acidity and tannin. The finish is long and lingering, with hints of earth and leather. Enjoy this impressive Gigondas now, or cellar for up to ten years.

Rich, full-bodied wine with a deep, intense purple colour. The aromas are intense, with touches of sweet cherry, vanilla, and a wisp of smoke. The tanginess is noticeable, but the wine is beautifully smooth, with a gentle liquorice and cherry flavour profile. The linger is long and sweet, with a smooth, glossy tannin profile that balances the fruitiness. A perfect pairing for lamb, and a amazing merit for the price.

Château Mont-Redon Gigondas Réserve is praised for its rich, full-bodied character, deep purple color, and complex aromas of sweet cherry, vanilla, and flint. Some appreciate its smooth, glossy tannins and long, sweet linger, while others note its high tartness and chalky tannins. The wine's blend of plum, blackberry, and spice is well-regarded, making it a great value for pairing with lamb.
