Château Lafleur Les Pensées de Lafleur Pomerol is an exceptional wine that showcases the elegance and complexity of the Pomerol appellation. This wine is a second wine of the renowned Château Lafleur, known for producing some of the finest wines in Bordeaux. On the nose, this wine offers a bouquet of ripe dark fruits, such as blackberries and plums, accompanied by subtle floral notes and hints of spice. The aromas are well-integrated and provide a sense of depth and richness. The palate is equally impressive, with a velvety texture and a harmonious balance between fruit, acidity, and tannins. The flavors of black fruits continue to dominate, accompanied by nuances of chocolate, forest floor, and a touch of earthiness. The wine displays excellent structure and a long, lingering finish. Château Lafleur Les Pensées de Lafleur Pomerol is a wine that can be enjoyed now, but it also has the potential to age gracefully for several years. It pairs wonderfully with grilled meats, game dishes, and rich cheeses.

Idoia
Full bodied and well-rounded wine with a layered earthy and leather character, paired by plum and blackberry notes. The finish is long and satisfying, with a nuanced pencil shavings note that adds body and nuance.
Samyle
The wine was a dense, compact entity that followed the vertical of Lafleur de Gay with surprising intensity and rigidity.
Nisi
Harmonious and elegant wine that stood its ground in the face of a large dinner party. A consistent blend of 55% Merlot and 45% Cabernet Franc offers a distinct edge, with a rich, full-bodied color and a detailed nose that reveals the tones of plum, tobacco, leather, and dense fruit, accompanied by a mild undertone of violet. A remarkable wine that I highly recommend, and a impressive introduction to the exclusive and highly sought-after Lafleur.
