Evolved and structured wine with a dry, medium body and a balanced level of tannins, accompanied by a range of fruit undertones with red cherry, plum, and mulberry, with a mild note of pepper. The palate is also influenced by a coffee character, adding dimension and nuance to the overall profile.

Château du Cèdre Marcel Malbec is praised for its rich, full-bodied character with notes of dark berries, plum, and subtle spices. While some enjoy its silky texture and balanced tannins, others find it lacks strong fruit flavors and has a bitter aftertaste. The wine's oak and earthy undertones add complexity, though opinions vary on its overall impact. It's considered a good value for its price.
This Château du Cèdre Marcel Malbec has an intense dark purple color with intense aromas of dark fruit such as blackberries, black currants, and blueberries, as well as hints of graphite, flint, and pepper. On the palate, it is juicy and velvety, with the ripe fruit flavors balanced by firm tannins and a long, complex finish. An excellent expression of Malbec from the Cahors region of France.
