Château de Parenchère Bordeaux Blanc Sec 2023

Disappointing wine exploration that failed to impress. The flavor profile was unremarkable, with a delicate mineral background flavor and a faint grape note. The brightness was lacking, and the lingering flavor was minimal. as the wine paired well with a simple arugula salad, it didn't adequately equilibrium the richness of the crab. As we continued to sample, the flavor became increasingly muted. Considering the price point, there are many better options available for half the cost. It's time to reconsider this purchase.
