Voss Expert tasting note
On the nose, aromas of apricot, honey, and citrus blossom waft out of the glass. The palate is rich and luscious, with flavors of candied citrus, orange marmalade, and a hint of almond.

Marlah
A remarkable Sauternes. The production is carried out entirely on glass per vineyard in Fargues, resulting in approximately 20,000 bottles per year. Definitely worth the investment. The fruit is bursting with a rich, resinous, and spicy flavor profile that will only intensify over time. A truly unique experience.
Parick
Smooth blend of sweet and well-balanced flavors.
Shirlee
A opulent and velvety wine with a golden hue, its tastes unfold with a delicate harmony of apricot, golden raisin, persimmon, and maple syrup, accompanied by a hint of honey and a smooth, medium to full-bodied texture, with a refreshing freshness that makes it easy to sip and savor, leaving you wanting more. The ending is long and satisfying, with a soft note of yellow plum, dried apricot, and a nutty undertone, followed by a slight bitterness that lingers, leaving a satisfying aftertaste. A truly stellar dessert wine, it pairs beautifully with a intense and creamy dessert, such as a decadent cheesecake, and is sure to satisfy even the most discerning palate.

Château de Fargues Sauternes is praised for its rich, sweet flavors of apricot, honey, and caramel, with a smooth, velvety texture. While some find it opulent and well-balanced, others note a slight bitterness or lack of intensity in fruit flavors. The wine's golden hue and complex aroma of tropical fruits and spices make it a standout dessert wine, often paired with rich desserts.
This Château de Fargues Sauternes (Lur Saluces) is a stunningly sweet and complex dessert wine. On the nose, aromas of apricot, honey, and citrus blossom waft out of the glass. The palate is rich and luscious, with flavors of candied citrus, orange marmalade, and a hint of almond. The finish is long, balanced, and refreshing, with a lingering essence of honey and spice. The perfect accompaniment to a creamy dessert or a special occasion.
