Refined and understated wine with a gentle yet comforting presence. The sensation is well-balanced, with a elegant blend of sweet and savory notes. The tanginess is lively and refreshing, cutting through the richness of the wine. It pairs well with a variety of dishes, primarily those featuring game meats or intense cheeses. The wine's elegance and subtlety make it a remarkable premium for those pursuing a smooth and sophisticated pouring experience.
Jaehui Piwt
Symphony of complex tones unfolds with each sip, expertly harmonious and refined. The initial tones of licorice and ripe cherry provide a decadent foundation, and yet the addition of black cherry, muddled raspberry, and plum adds layers and nuance. Oak and lavender contribute a delicate yet sophisticated character, accompanied by the smooth, gentle body of black tea. The understated impression of juniper and cedar adds a hint of warmth, rounding out the experience. Overall, this wine is a masterclass in finesse and elegance, with a truly unforgettable indulging experience.
Anzro
Refined and elegant nose, harmoniously suited to its high-end status. However, the profile falls short, with the dominant alcohol overpowering the fruit and leaving a lingering impression. The label claims a 15% ABV, but the overall tasting feels more like 16%+.
