I'm a young enthusiast learning about Burgundy. I'm currently 9 years old. I've tasted 8 Premier Crus, and I'm excited to try this one. This is Les Vergelesse's Chanson, and it's a 5.4-hectare estate. '12 was a challenging vintage, but I'm eager to see how it turns out. The wine is shaped by dense fruits, inky cherry, and earthy undertones. There's a elegant wisp of menthol, and the tannins have a bit of bite. The tanginess is smooth, and the finale is satisfying. I'm confident that this will be a good day, and I look forward to returning to try more wines.
