Endriu
Smooth (4.1) wine from esteemed producers, outlined by a lean and mineral profile. Its production methods lean towards a more austere approach, with minimal intervention and no prominent oak influence. The result is a crisp and nuanced wine that would pair well with mild seafood, such as oysters. A notable import from the Grand Cru region, this wine is a testament to the art of winemaking.
Seslee
Rich and intense wine with a sophisticated profile, featuring whispers of pineapple, lemon, and oak, balanced by light reductive accents of burgundy. The tasting is similarly nuanced, with a elegant blend of profiles that may appeal to fans of white Burgundy.
Ferras
Elegant blend of racy Chablis freshness, juicy apples, and citrusy lemon peel, augmented by the minerality of the soil and the ripeness of the stone fruits, consisting of pear, which added a delightful textural element. The wine's elegant composition and sophisticated finale made it a truly special and pleasurable experience.

Chacra Mainqué Chardonnay is praised for its elegant blend of citrus, apple, and tropical fruit flavors, with a smooth, creamy texture and subtle mineral notes. While some appreciate its rich complexity and nuanced oak influence, others find it more austere and crisp. The wine's balance and sophisticated finish make it a standout choice, though its high price is noted by some as a drawback.
Chacra Mainqué Chardonnay is a captivating expression of the cool-climate elegance of Patagonia. Its pale gold color hints at the purity within. The nose is enchanting, with aromas of green apples, ripe pears, and citrus blossoms, complemented by subtle notes of vanilla and a delicate minerality. On the palate, it offers a harmonious and well-balanced experience, with flavors of crisp apple, lemon zest, and a touch of hazelnut. The wine's refreshing acidity adds vibrancy, while a creamy texture adds depth. The finish is long and graceful, leaving a lasting impression of Patagonia's unique terroir. Chacra Mainqué Chardonnay is a superb choice for those seeking a refined and expressive cool-climate Chardonnay.
