An incredibly fine Chardonnay, positioned somewhere between California and Burgundy. This is no wonder since the winemaker is Jean-Marc Roulot from the famous Domaine Roulot in Meursault. It exhibits notes of buttercup, Alpine butter, but also incredible elegance, with a touch of lime that adds an almost sublime freshness. When you deeply inhale the wine, gentle herbal hints emerge, including sage, mint, eucalyptus, and tarragon. In the mouth, it has finely chiseled acidity, dreamy creaminess, and remarkable freshness. The acidity carries through from the tip of the tongue to the finish, making it truly remarkable. Crisp apple meets Alpine butter meets limestone. Incredibly harmonious and fresh. This is truly exceptional.
