Weekend escape with loved ones to the harmonious Brown Hotel (BH) in Louisville was a resounding success. The BH is renowned for its classic Hot Brown (HB), a consistent union of turkey breast, bacon, tomato, and decadent mornay sauce atop toasted brioche. Over the years, generations of visitors have been drawn to the BH for this beloved dish. A perfect match for the HB is the 2007 Barolo Bricco Boschis (BBB), a sophisticated pairing that elevates the classic Hot Brown.
