Satisfying pairing for a hearty meal, with a mid-bodied style that balances liveliness and fruitiness. The leathery nuances add depth, but the classic Chianti hints and gentle lasting impression make it a reliable choice. A exceptional introduction to the variety, with a mellow linger that leaves you wanting more.
Jingdi
Rich, full-bodied wine with a deep, deep color. The nose is influenced by by rich cherry and earthy notes, in contrast the tongue is featured by a consistent stability of cherry and tannins. The close is smooth and refined, with a mild oak influence.

Castello di Querceto Chianti is praised for its rich cherry and red fruit flavors, balanced acidity, and smooth tannins. It offers a versatile drinking experience, suitable for casual occasions, though some find it lacks depth. While many appreciate its leathery and earthy undertones, others feel it is unremarkable. The wine's approachable nature makes it a reliable choice for everyday enjoyment.

On the palate, it offers bright cherry fruit and herbal notes, framed by firm tannins and good acidity. The finish is long and lingering, with a touch of earthiness. Enjoy with Italian dishes or roasted meats.
