This Castellani Pinot Grigio offers an enticing nose of citrus, pear and white flowers, with a hint of minerality. The palate is light and fresh, with flavors of ripe citrus, green apples and white peaches. A hint of crushed herbs and salinity add complexity, while a crisp acidity brings a balanced, vibrant finish. Enjoy this classic Italian white with fresh seafood and grilled vegetables.

Castellani Pinot Grigio is praised for its bright, well-balanced flavors of apple, pear, and citrus, with hints of floral and mineral notes. Some find it vibrant and lively, while others note a more understated experience. Its medium body and crispness are appreciated, though some feel it's straightforward without standout features. Overall, it's considered a decent, cost-effective choice for a refreshing drink.
