This Burly Chardonnay is a full-bodied and vibrant expression of the grape. It has a bouquet of ripe fruit, honey, and lemon zest, followed by a creamy palate of citrus, melon, and peach flavors. The finish is crisp and refreshing with a hint of nutmeg and toasted oak. Enjoy this wine with seafood dishes, grilled vegetables, and creamy pastas.

Concentrated and full-bodied Chardonnay with a bold oak influence, Hank McCrorie's wines are a testament to the varietal and region. as they may not be to my taste, they are a genuine representation of the style and the area.
Louna
Distinctive, rounded sweetness gives way to a more linear profile of stone and lemon, with a notable tartness and effervescence. The conclusion is marked by charcoal notes, a characteristic not typically found in Chardonnay. A unique and thought provoking taste experience, but one that may not appeal to all.
Yudeok Herrom
The pairing of apple and oak, and banana on the nose, is a cohesive and zesty combination. The pale yellow color is a clear indication of the medium full mouth feel, which is both gentle and velvety. though the taste is not overly rich, it is well-balanced and satisfying, with a subtle sweetness that complements the punch of the apple and banana.

Burly Chardonnay is praised for its full-bodied, rich character with bold oak and buttery notes. While some appreciate its unique flavors of apple, banana, and subtle sweetness, others find the tartness and charcoal finish less appealing. The wine's balance of fruit and acidity, along with its smooth, velvety texture, is well-regarded, though some feel it lacks a strong finish.
