Bouchaine Estate Vinyard Pinot Noir

Bouchaine Estate Vineyard Pinot Noir is praised for its well-balanced blend of fruit and acidity, with smooth, bright qualities. While some appreciate its nuanced red fruit and creamy texture, others highlight the oak, pear, and pepper notes. The wine is described as polished and elegant, with a long, satisfying aftertaste. However, it may require decanting for full enjoyment. Overall, it's considered a standout Pinot Noir.

A luminous ruby hue introduces this elegant Pinot Noir, revealing a bouquet of ripe red cherries, wild strawberries, and a hint of forest floor, underscored by subtle notes of rose petal and baking spice. The palate is finely structured, showcasing a harmonious interplay of vibrant acidity and silky tannins, which frame the wine's core of juicy red fruit and delicate earthiness. A whisper of minerality adds depth, leading to a long, graceful finish with echoes of clove and cedar. This Pinot Noir exemplifies the nuanced complexity and finesse characteristic of Carneros terroir, making it a benchmark for the region.
