This Barolo Cannubi Riserva is a testament to the esteemed terroir of Cannubi, showcasing a deep garnet hue with a bouquet that unfolds layers of dried rose petals, black cherry, and hints of anise. On the palate, it reveals a robust structure, with firm yet polished tannins that provide a backbone to its complex flavors of dark plum, licorice, and a whisper of earthy truffle. The wine's vibrant acidity ensures longevity, while its long, mineral-driven finish speaks to its exceptional quality and aging potential. A quintessential Barolo, it exemplifies the elegance and power of the region.

We are 50+ wine professionals (sommeliers, buyers, MW candidates) across the US, UK, France, Greece, Italy, and beyond. We review wines via blind tastings with a standardized rubric, using both 100-point and 5-star scales.
