Bonny Doon Picpoul is crafted from the Picpoul grape, known for its vibrant acidity and citrus-driven profile. Sourced from vineyards in California's Central Coast, the region's cool maritime influence helps preserve the grape's natural freshness. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks to maintain the wine's crisp character and pure fruit expression. This dry white wine offers bright notes of lemon and green apple, with a clean, mineral finish. Ideal for those who appreciate a refreshing, food-friendly wine, it pairs well with seafood and light salads, showcasing its versatility and lively palate.
