Rostam
Voluptuous and lavish Champagne that prioritizes autolytic and oxidative characteristics, with a scent that's evocative of a decadent pastry shop. On the palate, the fruit is lean and stone fruit-forward, with soft suggestions of blackberry and citrus zest. The main whispers are hazelnut, biscuit, and brioche, which complement the wine's substantial weight and texture. This Champagne is well-suited for strong applications, such as voluptuous sauces and grilled meats.
Juannine E-Mail
Decadent and layered wine with a intense golden hue, boasting a cohesive harmony of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. The nose is described by a gentle evenness of sweet and savory notes, with accents of ripe fruit and a elegant hint of vanilla. The impression is marked by a symphony of flavors, featuring juicy red apples, citrus zest, and a luscious buttery texture, all elevated by a lengthy and pleasing finish. A truly extraordinary wine with a long and pleasing aftertaste.

Billecart-Salmon Cuvée Nicolas François Billecart Brut Champagne is celebrated for its rich, layered flavors of brioche, citrus, and stone fruits. While some appreciate its creamy texture and long-lasting finish, others find certain vintages less impressive. The blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay is often praised for its balance and complexity, making it a favorite for special occasions.
This Billecart-Salmon Cuvée Nicolas François Billecart Brut Champagne is a vibrant and complex Champagne. Its aromas of white peach, pear, and light citrus are complemented by a creamy mousse and a hint of toasty notes. The palate is fresh and vibrant, and the finish is long and lasting. This is an excellent Champagne that pairs well with light seafood dishes and creamy cheeses.
