Bieler Père et Fils Rosé (Cuvée Sabine) is a delightful rosé wine produced by the Bieler family in the Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence appellation of France. The vineyards are located on the slopes of the Sainte-Victoire mountain range, where the vines benefit from the warm Mediterranean climate and the mineral-rich soils. The wine is made from a blend of Grenache, Syrah, and Cinsault grapes, which are carefully harvested and fermented in stainless steel tanks to preserve their delicate aromas and flavors. The resulting wine is crisp, refreshing, and bursting with notes of fresh strawberries, raspberries, and citrus fruits, making it the perfect choice for a summer day or a light meal.
