This wine is a delightful expression of Pinot Noir from the Bénédicte et Stéphane Tissot winery. The En Barberon Pinot Noir showcases the expertise and passion of the winemakers, resulting in a wine that is both elegant and complex. On the nose, this Pinot Noir offers enticing aromas of ripe red berries, such as cherries and raspberries, accompanied by subtle floral notes. There is also a hint of earthiness, adding depth and complexity to the bouquet. The palate is equally impressive, with a medium-bodied structure and silky tannins. The flavors of red fruits continue to shine, complemented by a touch of spice and a delicate oaky undertone. The wine displays excellent balance and a long, lingering finish. Overall, Bénédicte et Stéphane Tissot En Barberon Pinot Noir is a superb example of a well-crafted Pinot Noir. It is a wine that can be enjoyed on its own or paired with a variety of dishes, such as roasted duck, grilled salmon, or mushroom risotto.

Rich, full-bodied red with a full ruby hue. The nose is somewhat closed, with light accents of flint, earth, and oak. The texture is outlined by a sweet and fruity taste, with ripe raspberries and cherries matched by oak and spices. The ending is long and dry, with firm tannins that linger. A evolved and fulfilling wine that pairs well with a variety of dishes, comprising game meats and earthy mushrooms. It will require some time to open and integrate fully.
