The opening reveals a intricate blend of black fruit, with accents of blackberries, burnt embers, and dry autumn leaves. The palate is medium-bodied, with firm tannins that emerge respectfully but linger rudely long. The conclusion is long and satisfying.

Crisp Israeli wine with a delicate sweetness, its light and aromatic profile is beautifully balanced by a dry aftertaste. The suggestions of mulberry and black fruit add substance and depth to this pleasing wine.
