This sparkling gem from the heart of Soave exhibits a brilliant straw hue, with a persistent, fine mousse. The nose is a sophisticated interplay of green apple, white peach, and delicate brioche, underscored by a whisper of flint. On the palate, it reveals a taut, mineral-driven structure, with vibrant acidity that elegantly frames its orchard fruit core. The mid-palate is enlivened by a creamy texture, seamlessly transitioning to a crisp, saline finish. This Brut exemplifies the finesse and precision of volcanic terroir, offering a compelling alternative to traditional Champagne with its distinctive Italian flair.

The texture is shaped by a mild minerality and a nuance of saltiness, with a lively brightness that cuts through the richness. The ending is long and satisfying, with a gentle bitterness that lingers.
