Balestri Valda Soave Classico 2022

Zesty and zesty scent, nostalgic of exotic tropical fruits, with a light mineral background flavor and a crisp, clean finish.

The wine's nuanced character is even by a balanced interplay of stone fruit, herbaceous notes, and a zesty mineral backbone, tempered by a soft citrus peel and a undertone of white pepper. The ending is clean and straightforward, with a charming richness that stays without overpowering the other flavors.

La Casa's creamy garlic and butter sauce proved to be a perfect match for Sonja's chicken dish, its low crispness and smoothness on the sensation a testament to the chef's skillful hand. The dish's graceful seamlessness of undertones and textures is a hallmark of a truly extraordinary pairing. The chef's attention to detail is evident in every aspect of the meal, from the preparation to the presentation. A truly comforting dining experience.
