This Bacchus Ginger's Cuvée Pinot Noir is a delightful red wine with a silky texture and a well-balanced blend of ripe cherry, plum, and blackberry flavors. On the nose, it has aromas of dried herbs, violets, and a hint of smokiness. The palate is rich and lush, with a long finish. It is a great choice for pairing with grilled foods, hearty stews, and roasted vegetables.

Very light, dry Pinot Noir with a very light color.

Wine enthusiast's confession: I was duped by the label, but the wine proved to be a hidden gem.

Bacchus Ginger's Cuvée Pinot Noir is appreciated for its elegant dryness, fruit-forward character, and balanced integration of flavors like leather, cherry, and spices. While some find it mellow and easy to drink, others criticize its weak body and overpowering oak. It pairs well with various foods, offering a clean, vibrant finish, though some note a lack of depth and aromatic intensity.
