WINE DESCRIPTION
Azienda Agricola Nicola di Sipio Colline Teatine Bianco comes from the Abruzzo region, on the Adriatic coast, in the east of Italy. This white wine is a blend of Pecorino, Trebbiano and Falanghina. Grapes are hand-picked, crushed and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine is then matured for a short period in inert vessels to harmonise the flavors without imparting oak spice, before the wine is bottled ready for release.
