Atlantique Sauvignon Blanc 2024

The wine's serene surroundings evoke a sense of tranquility, with the soothing sounds of the sea providing a calming backdrop. The fruit-forward profile, featuring stone fruits and tropical notes, is well-balanced, with pineapple and peaches adding a touch of sweetness. However, the citrusy lemon touches are somewhat overpowered by a grassy undertone, which detracts from the comprehensively harmony. The wine's dry, high brightness and medium body contribute to its crispness, but the follow through is somewhat unfulfilling, leaving a lingering sense of liveliness that disrupts the smoothness. Overall, the wine's initial charm is somewhat tempered by its finish, which is overly sharp and lacks refinement.

Seamless blend of fresh and exotic notes, expertly graceful to create a bracing and crisp moment that pairs well with a variety of seafood, notably salmon and shrimp.

Lively and refreshing drink that quenched our thirst and lifted our spirits. The vibrant and light quality of the wine was a perfect accompaniment to the sweet and tart flavors of the lemon tart, which featured a delightful combination of grapefruit, citrus, and grass notes.
