Harmonious and polished blend of fruit, with a understated oak influence on the nose. The mouthfeel is smooth and easy to follow, with a inviting tail that will leave you wanting more. A well-balanced and casual wine.

Cornerstone's tribute to Sommeliers Blind Tasting competition, Argiano Solengo 2019, is a voluptuous and dimensional wine that expresses the best of Italian varietals. The dense ruby color is a testament to the wine's full-bodied nature, but the nose reveals a intricate aroma of leather, pepper, concentrated fruit, and cassis, with a suggestion of tobacco. The tasting is dry, with high tannins and a medium + acidity, accompanied by a high alcohol level and a full-bodied texture. The flavour intensity is medium +, with a black fruit and blueberry presence, and a coffee note that adds depth. Overall, this wine is of Very Good quality, with potential for aging and a long-term enjoying potential.

Argiano Solengo is praised for its rich, full-bodied profile with notes of black fruit, oak, and leather. It offers a smooth, velvety texture, though some vintages show high tannins and acidity. While many appreciate its complexity and aging potential, a few find it too young or lacking depth. Overall, it's a sophisticated Super Tuscan that delights with its balanced flavors and long-lasting finish.
This well-structured blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Petit Verdot and Cabernet Franc offers a complex nose of ripe blackberry, cassis, black pepper, and sweet forest floor. On the palate, it is full-bodied and generous, with soft tannins and a persistent finish. Rich and juicy blackberry and dark cherry flavors are complemented by flinty minerality and hints of cocoa and spice. This is a serious and complex wine that will reward careful cellaring.
