Caius
Wine that failed to resonate with me, despite its smooth sweetness. It possessed a gentle acidity, subtle alcohol content, mild body, and a lengthy finish. The wine lingered on my palate for some time. It was distinguished by a range of aromas, comprising banana, tart apple, clove, licorice, yeast, and ginger.

The Argento Minimalista Pinot Grigio 2020 is noted for its smooth sweetness and gentle acidity, with a mild body and lengthy finish. While some appreciate its range of aromas like banana, tart apple, and ginger, others find it lacking in resonance.
This Pinot Grigio from Argento Minimalista presents a pale straw hue with a subtle greenish tint, indicative of its youthful vibrancy. The nose is a delicate interplay of white peach, lime zest, and a whisper of honeysuckle, underscored by a mineral edge that speaks to its terroir. On the palate, the wine is crisp and linear, with a precise acidity that enlivens its stone fruit core. A hint of almond emerges on the mid-palate, adding depth to its light-bodied frame. The finish is clean and refreshing, making it a quintessential expression of Argentine Pinot Grigio.
