Ensmar
Nuanced and fascinating wine with a muscular nose featuring pepper and oak notes, complemented by a sweet and tart flavor profile. As it aged, the wine evolved, revealing a richer and more full-bodied character. The tartness was noticeable, but the close was satisfyingly dry. Overall, a agreeable surprise, especially considering its varietal is not typically my cup of tea. I was impressed by the wine's ability to improve with time.
