Altocedro Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon hails from the renowned Uco Valley in Argentina, where high-altitude vineyards benefit from a unique microclimate that combines sunny days with cool nights. This wine is crafted with meticulous attention to detail, using hand-harvested grapes to ensure optimal ripeness and flavor concentration. Fermentation occurs in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, preserving the varietal's natural fruit character. The wine is then aged in French oak barrels, imparting subtle spice and structure. The result is a well-balanced Cabernet Sauvignon with rich dark fruit flavors, supported by firm tannins and a long, elegant finish.
