The Alovini Sterpáro Primitivo presents a deep garnet hue, indicative of its concentrated nature. On the nose, it unfurls a complex bouquet of ripe blackberries, dried figs, and a hint of anise, underscored by subtle notes of dark chocolate and Mediterranean herbs. The palate is robust and full-bodied, with velvety tannins and a well-integrated acidity that provides balance to the wine's inherent richness. A core of black cherry and plum flavors is complemented by a whisper of spice, leading to a lingering finish. This Primitivo is a quintessential expression of Southern Italian terroir, offering both power and elegance.
