WINE DESCRIPTION
This 'Expression' Pinot Gris is made by Vincent Sipp of Domaine Agape. The grapes are sourced from different parcels located in the communes of Riquewihr and Ribeauvillé. The grapes are harvested by hand and pressed as whole grapes with slow fermentation to express the full aromatic potential of Pinot Gris. Maturation occurs on fine lees (dead yeast) to increase the body and add roundness and oiliness to the wine.

Agape Expression Pinot Gris displays a pale golden color with hints of copper.On the nose, it offers a bouquet of fresh aromas, including ripe pear, honeydew melon, and citrus zest. The palate is round and viscous, with flavors of stone fruits, such as peach and apricot, complemented by a touch of almond paste, acacia and honeysuckle. The acidity is well-balanced, providing a counterpoint to the ripe fruit flavors and creamy texture.
