Viña Undurraga was founded in 1885. In 1870, Francisco Undurraga brought plants from Germany and France in lead capsules. Francisco Undurraga Vicuña planned the winery project between 1879 and 1883. The estate was named Fundo Santa Ana in honor of his wife Mrs. Ana Fernández de Íñiguez. Winemaker Monsieur Pacoteaux carried out the first harvest in 1891. In 1903, it became the first Chilean winery to export to the United States. Sparkling wine production started in 1975. Undurraga is part of Grupo de Vinos del Pacífico (GVP) with Talagante International Brands and Bodega Volcanes de Chile. Rafael Urrejola is head winemaker and leader of winery operations.

The primary winery is at Fundo Santa Ana in Talagante, Región Metropolitana, in the Maipo Valley; a second winery is in Quinta de Tilcoco, VI Región. Total vinification capacity across two wineries is 23,000,000 liters. The Bodega del Parque cellar was constructed in 2007 for premium wine production. Its wines include Aliwen, Sibaris, T.H., Founder's Collection, and Altazor.
On VinoVoss, Undurraga has 3 wines in stock: 2 red, 1 sparkling. Their average rating is 3.6 out of 5 from 110 ratings.
