Thienot

Thienot is a wine house founded in 1985 by Alain Thiénot, with its historic headquarters in Reims. Nicolas Uriel has been its cellar master since 2017.

Its 30 hectares of vineyards include grands crus in Aÿ and the Côte des Blancs, alongside premiers crus in Dizy, Cumières and on the slopes south of Épernay. For the production site, Alain Thiénot chose temperature-controlled stainless steel vats. Below ground, two kilometres of cellars hold bottles ageing on laths, with vintage wines aged for up to 16 years. Its wines include Cuvée Stanislas.
