Stoeffler was founded by Charles Stoeffler. The winery is a family-run estate.

The estate spans 16 hectares located along the Alsace Wine Route between Barr, Mittelbergheim, and Heiligenstein, with historical parcels in Ribeauvillé and Riquewihr. Its vineyard land includes Grand Cru Schoenenbourg in Riquewihr, characterized by marl, gypsum, and siliceous gravel soils on south-facing slopes. Soil management is done mechanically at the surface level, and nitrogen-fixing plants are sown naturally to nourish the vines. The estate uses only low-dose copper (Bordeaux mixture) and sulfur treatments, avoiding synthetic products, herbicides, and pesticides. The harvest is 100% manual, carried out by local village pickers. In winemaking, fermentation takes place with native yeasts and no additives or corrections. Aging occurs on fine lees in 50- to 120-year-old oak foudres.
On VinoVoss, Stoeffler has 3 wines in stock: 1 red, 2 white.
