Solemme is a wine estate whose vineyards lie in the Montagne de Reims and Vallée de l’Ardre, where Olivier Langlais cares for the vines and their terroir.

Its six hectares extend across three crus, with plantings dating from 1957 to 2018 and an average vine age of 52 years. Across these vineyards, Meunier, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir are planted according to the different soils of each area. All the vines have been certified organic since 2018, and biodynamic methods are also used on the estate. In the cellar, the wines are made as simply as possible, without chaptalisation, filtration, cold treatment or added dosage liqueur, to allow the terroir to express itself fully.
