About Ryme
Ryme is a wine producer founded in 2007 by Ryan and Megan Glaab, beginning with one ton of Aglianico. In 2011, they wanted to expand production to include Chardonnay and Pinot Noir vineyards in Sonoma County.
Its wines include two Vermentinos, Ribolla Gialla, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Aglianico. The wines come from conscientiously farmed organic or sustainable vineyards. In the cellar, Ryme uses no cultured yeast, temperature control, enzymes or other adulterants, and does not fine or filter its wines. Many of its reds ferment on stems, while many of its whites ferment on skins. The wines are then raised in used French oak barriques between two and ten years old.
