Poppy

Poppy is a wine producer in Monterey Wine Country, founded in 2003 by the Silva Family. The family set out to channel their passions into wine.

Its wines come from vineyards across California’s Central Coast, in the Santa Lucia Highlands, Arroyo Seco, Monterey and Paso Robles appellations. Its focus is Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Cabernet Sauvignon. Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grow at the 220-acre Poppy Hillside Vineyard in Santa Lucia Highlands and the 254-acre Bella Vita Vineyard in Arroyo Seco. Pinot Noir also occupies 50 acres at Arroyo Seco’s Silva Family Vineyard and 10 acres at Evelina Marie Estate Vineyard in Santa Lucia Highlands. Also in Arroyo Seco, Beeswax Vineyard has 24 organically farmed acres planted with grapes including Pinot Noir, Roussanne and Picpoul Blanc.
