Piaff

Piaff is a Champagne house whose wines are produced in Épernay, in the heart of the Champagne region. In 1901, the ancestors of its head winemaker, Maxime Mansard, crafted their first bottles. Winemaking skills and expertise have been passed down through five generations, a heritage that informs Maxime’s work on the house’s signature style.

Its vineyards are in the Marne Valley and Côte de Blancs, with terroir rich in chalky subsoil. Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier feature in its wines, which include Piaff Brut, Brut Rosé NV and Blanc de Blancs NV.
