Perrini Organic Vine & Wines

Perrini Organic Vine & Wines is a family wine producer in Puglia, southern Italy; the Perrini family founded Masseria Carabella, a rural manor house, in 1809. The family inhabited the house for about two centuries and cultivates its own estates, processing grapes and bottling wine in its own cellars. The estates have 50 hectares of vineyards in the Gulf of Taranto, with organic farming practised across the entire property since 1993. They hold official IFOAM, ICEA, NOP and Delinat certifications. Grapes are picked by hand into small crates and processed on the estates. The wine is then bottled, aged and stored in underground cellars, where temperature, light and humidity remain constant and are continually monitored.
