Montelliana is a winery with nearly 400 members united by a shared approach to agriculture.

Its vineyards range from 100 to 370 metres above sea level, with predominantly southern exposure. Glera is the variety behind its Asolo DOCG, while grapes from foothill and plain areas supply Prosecco DOC Treviso. To limit chemical use in the vineyards, the winery introduced a voluntary protocol among its members. In 2018, it also planted an experimental four-hectare vineyard with Souvignier Gris and Bronner, two PIWI varieties whose natural resistance to fungal diseases allows fewer treatments, using only organic methods when needed. The winery has a bottling line dedicated exclusively to the Martinotti (Charmat) method. Its wines include Montello e Colli Asolani DOC, Montello Rosso DOCG, Asolo DOCG and Prosecco DOC Treviso.
