Hearst Ranch

Hearst Ranch Winery was founded in 2010 by longtime friends Jim Saunders and Steve Hearst. It is owned and operated by Jim and Debi Saunders, who guide the business alongside their son, Scott.

At the core of the winery is Saunders Vineyard, established by the Saunders family in 1994 in eastern Paso Robles. The vineyard lies in the Estrella District and forms the foundation of the winery’s estate wines. Under the direction of winemaker Soren Christensen, each wine is crafted with a focus on quality, balance and sustainable farming practices.
