Failla is a wine producer with an Estate Vineyard in Cazadero, and its first vintage was released as Failla-Jordan in 1998. Ehren Jordan is its owner and winemaker. Its first releases included Alban Vineyard Viognier from Edna Valley and Que Syrah Syrah from Sonoma Coast.

Planted in 1997, the Estate Vineyard lies in the Fort Ross-Seaview AVA and is organically dry-farmed. The 92-acre ranch sits 2.5 miles east of the Pacific Ocean, with 11 acres under vine producing Syrah, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Beyond the estate, Failla has worked with David and Jasmine Hirsch since 2001. Its wines include vineyard-designate Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from Keefer Ranch and, since 2010, vineyard-designate Chardonnay and Syrah from Hudson Vineyard. The range also includes a single-vineyard wine sourced from Seven Springs Vineyard in Oregon’s Eola-Amity AVA.
