Emiliana is a winery in the Casablanca Valley founded by José Guilisasti. At the end of the 1990s, Rafael and José Guilisasti began converting a conventional Chilean winery into a fully organic and biodynamic winery with winemaker Álvaro Espinoza. Noelia Orts is Head Winemaker of Emiliana’s Premium Wines Division.

Across its vineyards, Emiliana grows cover crops between the vines to prevent erosion, improve soil fertility and attract beneficial insects. Its wines include Coyam, a red blend, and Gê, an organic and biodynamic blend. In 2006, Gê 2003 became the first wine in Chile and Latin America to obtain biodynamic certification from Demeter in Germany.
On VinoVoss, Emiliana has 3 wines in stock: 1 red, 2 white. Their average rating is 3.5 out of 5 from 88 ratings.
