Domaine Bousquet

Domaine Bousquet is a winery in Gualtallary, co-founded by Anne Bousquet; its story began in 1997 with the purchase of virgin land and the planting of its first vines using organic practices. Its first commercial harvest in 2001 marked the launch of the Organic Bousquet line. Anne, Labid and Guillaume acquired ownership in 2010. Rodrigo Serrano Alou joined as winemaker in 2017 and serves as principal winemaker and operations director.

The vineyards lie at 1,200 metres, where organic farming excludes synthetic agrochemicals and regenerative practices use minimum tillage, composting and cover crops to regenerate the soil. Its wines include Ameri, created in 2013 as the winery’s flagship wine.
