Costadilà

Costadilà is a wine producer based in San Lorenzo, in the hills of Vittorio Veneto. It takes its name from the hamlet of Costadilà in the municipality of Tarzo.

The vineyards are managed without weed control or synthetic chemicals, aiming to produce healthy, intact fruit. White grapes are macerated on their skins, and fermentation takes place spontaneously using only indigenous yeasts. The lightly sparkling wines undergo a second fermentation in bottle in contact with their own yeasts, without added sulfur dioxide. Its wines include the lightly sparkling whites 280slm, 330slm and 450slm, whose names indicate the altitudes of the vineyards from which their grapes come.
