Château Tour du Pas Saint-Georges is a wine estate in Montagne, in the Saint-Georges Saint-Emilion appellation, formerly owned by Madame Dubois-Challon. In 1997, Pascal Delbeck became the tenant farmer of Vignobles Dubois-Challon and her personal adviser on managing her assets. She chose him as her successor in 2003, and he is the owner of the vineyards. He then established Delbeck Vignobles & Développements, bringing in his daughter Marie-Amandine and nephew Cédric Berger. He renovated and expanded the château, where he installed the company’s headquarters.

The winery has small, open, temperature-controlled stainless steel vats, allowing plot-by-plot vinification and use of the Hélicopigeur. This invention replaces pumping over or punching down during vinification, allowing gentle extraction of tannins and anthocyanins.
