Château Doisy-Vedrines is a wine estate in Barsac, within the Sauternes appellation. Among the region’s oldest estates, it was classified as a Grand Cru Classé in 1855.

In Haut-Barsac, near Châteaux Climens and Coutet, its 51-hectare vineyard has clay-limestone soils, red soils and fine gravel. The vines average 25 years old, with plantings of Sémillon (80%), Sauvignon Blanc (10%), Sauvignon Gris (5%) and Muscadelle (5%). At harvest, up to nine passes over six to eight weeks allow individual grapes to be picked at full ripeness. These are vinified in French oak barrels, 60–90% of which are renewed annually. The wines then age in barrels, with racking every three months, before blending after a year following barrel-by-barrel selection. Its wines include Chevalier de Védrines, a dry white Bordeaux.
