Charles Woodson’s Intercept Wines was launched in 2019 by Woodson, a Super Bowl Champion, Pro Football Hall of Famer, and the only defensive player to ever win the Heisman Trophy. In 2020, he became the first Black Pro-Football player to achieve national distribution on a wine brand. The brand makes wine in a collaborative effort with O’Neill Vintners & Distillers, a Certified B Corporation, and Amanda Gorter, a native of California’s Central Valley, is the Head Winemaker for Intercept.

Intercept Wines uses hand-selected grapes from Paso and Monterey vineyards. The wines come from 7-8 districts in the Paso Robles AVA, allowing the diversity of the vineyard sites to create complexity for the wine. Its wines include sparkling wines, which follow the French Méthode Traditionnelle with a secondary fermentation in the bottle to provide bubbles.
On VinoVoss, Charles Woodson's Intercept has 4 wines in stock: 3 red, 1 white. Their average rating is 3.9 out of 5 from 82 ratings.
